Types of Reports

Pre-update reports:

  • Pre-update reports are a type of report you can use to print values for the records for your current period. The main example of this type is your employees’ payslips.

Reports:

Historical reports:

Pre-update reports

  • FPS Liability Report – Shows a breakdown of the values used to calculate your liability to HMRC on the full payment submission (FPS) as well as the company total.
  • Payment Summary (Part 1) – Shows a breakdown of pay for the current period from gross to net.
  • Payment Summary (Part 2) – Shows a breakdown of the employer and employee national insurance contributions for the current period.

If you print one of these reports, you can make changes to the employees’ payments. It is important to reprint the FPS Liability Report if there are changes in your values that require a reprint.

Your template is now saved and optimized, so the next time you run your report, it will show you all the latest data at the same time, and you won’t have to wait for your report to be completed!
